Plenty of free parking is available on site at the conference. If the main lot should fill up, there is overflow parking across the street from Graceway. Please only park in designated parking spaces.

Recommended attire for the conference is business casual. We recommend bringing a light jacket with you to the event in case the temperature at the conference is cooler than your preference. 

No designated room blocks have been reserved at area hotels. We recommend in-person registrants consider the following: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kansas City Sports Complex Area (3 miles), Stoney Creek Hotel (9.4 miles),  Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza (6.7 miles), Kansas City Mariott Country Club Plaza (6.5 miles).

Sign up to be an ultrasound or primary care model for one of the pre-conference courses.

Be sure to bring a copy of your registration confirmation.  If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please bring food with you. Fast food/restaurant options near the conference are limited.

Guest Wi-Fi Internet access will be available during the event.

We do not provide paper handouts of the presentations at the conference. Downloads of the powerpoint presentations will be made available to logged-in users on the conference website. Additionally, if you would like to take notes during the conference presentations, please bring a notepad or a mobile device with you to do so.

The Humanitarian Health Conference is an educational event hosted by INMED and accredited by ACIHE – the America Council For International Healthcare Education. Any faith-based presentations are denoted in the name and description of that individual presentation or in the description of the speaker. People of all backgrounds are invited to attend.
